What is a teleprompter & how are they used?
A teleprompter is a way to transmit information, usually script copy, to a presenter or speaker. This can be achieved via an on-camera rig, presidential paddle rig, talent facing screen rig or even a downstage confidence monitor.

Why do I need to use one?
Bottom line? Your event, project, video will be better for it…
A prompter causes talent, speaker, performer or presenter to focus more completely & stay on topic.
An on-camera prompter helps talent connect with the camera lens & reduce the diverting of their gaze.
Presidential prompter rigs promote a more professional presentation or speech. It frees the presenter from paper scripts & promotes connecting more completely with their audience.
From hardware configurations to copy choices, prompters can be configured to be best implemented & utilized in a number of applications and settings.
